  What a sweet, homey place to stop while traveling through! This family owned and operated restaurant was stellar! Their chili was hearty and flavorful, not too spicy, just right! They use quality ingredients, not greasy low grade beef bi-products. The chicken salad melts in your mouth! Yum!
  Then, there's dessert! Hard to choose from the scrumptious selection. We chose peach cobbler and chocolate cake...both freshly baked. Excellent choices!
  What pushes our rating to a 5 was the lovely, friendly staff. Mama comes to the table to see that we have all we need after we are served by one of her six children. We felt like family after our visit!
  We were told that their Friday night karaoke parties are rockin'. Too bad we have to miss that, but if you live in the area, they have a lovely reception hall, too!

  They have large selection on the menu but only have half the stuff. We waited awhile for the food too. But since my standards are low for the area this place was great.

  If you haven't been recently, you should check it out.  The remodel of this place is amazing.  I always used to think the place was dirty.  The new place has a super cute, rustic feel.  It's very clean.  The new entertainment options are fun.  We were there for a band, but I saw a calendar with line dancing and karaoke dates.  The menu offers a wide variety of choices.   I got chicken fingers and house made chips.  My friend got a steak hoagie and waffle fries.  The boyfriend got Chicken Alfredo, which he raved about.  The kitchen didn't have their act together, but our awesome waitress Misty was quick to fix everything.  I definitely hope to go back, try some other menu items and check out the entertainment.

  Food was not very good the day we went.  Macaroni and cheese side was all dried out.  Only a few overcooked onions with the liver.  Waitress didn't bring the other side.  Was really hoping this would be a good restaurant since there is very little around here.
